About No Durian
So you’re probably asking yourself why I called my site ‘no durian’. Well the answer is simple.
Durians stink, but they are everywhere in South East Asia, and for some strange reason, people eat them. Being new to Singapore people often ask me, ‘have you tried durian?’. Well yes I have and I’m not a fan, but never before have I seen a fruit be banned from so many places. Hotels, taxis, trains, apartments; it’s amazing where you’ll see a no durian sign.
Anyway I’m sure I’m not the first person to not like durian and I’m sure I won’t be the last.
My blog is about whatever is going on that I find interesting. It will probably be a random mix of cool things online, stories about my travels, and whatever else I feel like writing about.
